Current & Forthcoming

Dorota Kotas - Pustostany (novel, in progress)

A vignette-driven novel set in Warsaw’s Praga district, following an unemployed narrator living in a building largely inhabited by the dead. Through short, looping episodes, and deadpan humor, the familiar begins to feel unstable, slightly misaligned, and harder to inhabit.

An excerpt (“sorrow / flesh”) was published in Asymptote (2026).

Translation sample and proposal available upon request.

Dorota Grabek - Zmartwychwstanki (short stories, in progress)

A collection of stories in which everyday situations - cutting hair, taking a taxi, guarding a museum - are gradually unsettled by small, inexplicable shifts. As reality begins to slip, the characters retreat further into their own closed, private worlds.

Translation sample and proposal available upon request.
